• All employees passed a Lean Six Sigma class that foused on quality and lean manufacturing
• Utilizes Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure dimensions with accuracy to 0.0002 of an inch
• Operates with strict adherence to Quality Assurance Manual Procedures
• Practices Total Quality Management (TQM) to attain highest level of quality
• All inspection tools are calibrated and certified as required
• Utilizes CAPA-Corrective Action Preventative Action to rectify deviations from customer specifications to ensure total quality is achieved
• All jobs are traceable and accessible for 7 years minimum
