Dimic Steel Tech has always offered the widest variety of services. DST offers an assortment of options such as laser, plasma, shear, and saw cutting in order to meet all customer’s needs. Our skilled programmers and operators will provide the best quality and most efficiency that laser cutting offers. Recently DST invested in a plasma cutting machine with up to 6-inch thick cutting capabilities and a saw cutting machine with automatic blade and part feeding to increase efficiency and accuracy.
As the first sheet metal fabrication company in California to utilize this technology, Dimic Steel Tech is a leader in laser cutting for 20 years running. In laser cutting, quality is measured by part accuracy and edge condition. The advanced features of DST’s laser cutting equipment along with the experienced employees of DST provide customers the assurance of the highest quality parts. One of the advantages of laser cutting over mechanical cutting is reduced contamination of the workpiece.
Mill and lathe machining is what took Dimic Sheet Metal and turned it into Dimic Steel Tech. From the start, this business was known for sheet metal fabrication. As the management team started investing in machining and pushing toward expanding our capabilities, DST was born. Dimic Steel Tech is a metal fabrication company now focused on mill and lathe work just as much as sheet metal fabrication. Recently, the leadership team invested in a new CNC mill with increased X, Y, and Z travel capabilities.
Since 1976 Dimic Steel Tech has been investing in various forming equipment such as press brakes and tube benders. Throughout the years, our programmers and operators have developed themselves and our equipment to satisfy a variety of products and abilities. From small thin gauge materials to large thick plates, our forming department can meet any unique need.
Punching, rolling, metal finishing, and assembly have been the cornerstone of DST for many years. Our equipment and our dedicated employees have opened many doors and made any project possible.
Welding has been in the metal industry for ages. Our dedicated employees are committed to the mastery of SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW as well as investing in the newest robotic welding technology.
